Pastor Bruce is the founder of Men on the Move. He has served in multiple capacities and is in full-time ministry at Calvary Evangelistic Center. His compassion for those that have been incarcerated planted a seed that opened his heart for jail ministry where he now serves as Chaplin at the Pima County Jail. Pastor Bruce has a love and talent of building which God transformed  into building the body of Christ. His knowledge and formal education in organization development and leadership training has inspired growth in ministries in and outside of Calvary Evangelistic Center. His background includes Facilities Management at Raytheon which he retired from after 24 years. He also served in the Army, Air Force and Air National Guard and retired after 22 years as a 1st Sergeant. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Pastor Bruce and his wife Pastor Deborah Hodges celebrates 44 years of marriage  and have five children and 11 grandchildren. Together they teach CHANGE (Climbing Higher A New Growth Experience), Marriage Ministry and are Sunday School Superintendents. He and his wife have been blessed to travel and minister around the world including Jamaica, France, Germany, Japan and throughout the states.
