About

Women In Progress is a women's ministry designed to equip and encourage women to progress in all aspects of their lives. We move forward in our vision by uniting women from all over the nation and world to attend and participate in yearly conferences, go on missions to share the Gospel of Christ, and participate in prayer and teleconferences. Our ministry theme is inspired by the passage in Luke 8:1-3.

Luke 8:1-3(NIV)

"After this, Jesus traveled about from one town and village to another, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve were with him, and also some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary (called Magdalene) from whom seven demons had come out; Joanna the wife of Chuza, the manager of Herod’s household; Susanna; and many others. These women were helping to support them out of their own means."

Mission

Women In Progress strives to encourage women to progress in all areas of their life: In Prayer, in the Home (marriage & family), in Ministry and in Business. Men on The Move brings men together to encourage them to walk in their God given gifts and ignite the fire within.

Statement of Faith

The Bible is the only written word that is inspired, infallible, and is needed today for Christians to live a life as God wants us to.There is one Eternal God. He became man through the virgin birth, lived a sinless life, revealed the will of the Father through His miracles for humanity, was wounded for us to have healing, died as our sacrifice, rose from the dead, ascended to the right hand of the Father, will come back in all His glory to take the church out of the world and then return to establish His kingdom for a thousand years. The only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ. The work of the Holy Spirit in the regeneration of man is absolutely necessary for his personal Salvation. Following conversion, in accord to God's Word, the need for the believer to be baptized by immersion. That believers need the Batism of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2:4 and that is given to them that ask. Through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit the Christian is set apart from the world and is empowered to live a holy life. There is going to be a resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation
