Pastor Deborah is the Business Administrator for Women In Progress. She passionately mentors, counsels and encourages others to pursue their God given purpose. Over 30 plus years of ministry, she has inspired  and motivated others to seek a more intimate and higher understanding of God’s Word. In 2012, she founded CHANGE (Climbing Higher A New Growth Experience) a life transforming program that strengthens the foundation of the believer. Currently she serves in full-time ministry at Calvary Evangelistic Center in numerous capacities. Additionally, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and in Management. She has been married to Pastor Bruce Hodges for 44 years and they have five adult children: Christopher, Akua, Bruce II (Tanisha), Savannah, Isaiah and 11 grandchildren. Together they serve as Sunday School Superintendents, Marriage Ministry Leaders, Altar Workers and Leadership Builders.
